Opti-Soft™ TPE

Opti-Soft TPE is a customized thermoplastic elastomer that combines a dry, soft touch with a high degree of design freedom. It is a lightweight alternative to traditional styrenic compounds and is formulated for consumer products where aesthetics and haptics are key. Opti-Soft TPE is developed with circularity principles in mind, and formulations can be tailored to the specific requirements of each application.
Suitable for overmolding and 2K moulding onto hard polymer substrates. Thermoplastic scrap can be reprocessed during production, which reduces manufacturing waste and supports closed-loop systems.
