The company started in Denmark in 1952 and has evolved into a highly specialized distributor of thermoplastic elastomers, specialty plastics, additives, solutions for adhesives & coatings and other performance materials for the European markets. Bjørn Thorsen offers customized solutions and provides technical and regulatory support for customers across Europe.
The company employs 80+ people across Europe with its head office located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Bjørn Thorsen serves customers from a Central European warehouse, as well as local stocks for flexible logistics and supply security. To answer customers’ specific requirements across a wide variety of industries the company offers R&D support, tailor-made TPEs, powders and liquid formulations with laboratories and production facilities in Denmark and France.
