With more than 25 years of industry experience and several years at Bjørn Thorsen, Kasper Jalander serves as Sales & Marketing Director of the Performance Materials & Coatings Business Division.
He is an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth, building successful teams, and expanding market presence across technical and industrial sectors throughout Europe.
Kasper holds a Master of Science degree specializing in polymer and organic chemistry and has more than 25 years of management experience within the coatings, adhesives & sealants, chemicals, plastics, and composites industries. Prior to joining Bjørn Thorsen, he spent 20 years in leadership positions within the Nordic operations of major European distribution companies.
His combination of technical knowledge and international commercial experience has helped build strong customer relationships and deliver sustainable business growth.
Kasper has a straightforward view of what creates successful businesses: “I believe business is actually quite simple: success comes from having the right products and entrepreneurial people who have that extra something.”
