Our Annual Report 2024/25 marks a significant step forward in how we report. For the first time, it is structured in alignment with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), reflecting our commitment to meeting the highest standards of corporate transparency.
The report includes the outcomes of our first Double Materiality Assessment, improved sustainability KPIs, and expanded disclosures covering climate, pollution, resource use, and social topics across our operations and value chain. Financial reporting, management commentary, and sustainability performance are fully integrated, providing a transparent account of our governance, our progress, and our long-term direction.
Previous Reports
Before adopting the CSRD and ESRS frameworks, Bjørn Thorsen has consistently published Sustainability Reports that reflect our commitment to transparency and responsible business. While these earlier reports were not structured around a formal reporting standard, they maintained a clear ESG structure with consistent sustainability data, giving stakeholders a view of our environmental, social, and governance performance over time.
